Rejection drafts from rejected fields
When you reject one or more fields, the agent automatically generates a supplier email that lists exactly those points and asks for a corrected confirmation. The draft is editable, can be refined by the assistant, and autosaves.
The split screen composer
The composer opens next to the comparison and can be dragged and resized. It supports From, To, Cc, and Bcc, a body, and attachments, and it handles new messages, replies, and forwards with full conversation threading.
Choosing the sender
If several mailboxes are connected you choose which one to send from.
Role gating
Send authority depends on your role. A supervisor or read only persona can review the draft but cannot send. The action is blocked and the reason is explained in place.
History and audit
Every sent message, reply, and forward is written back into the thread history with the sender identity, the Cc list, and a timestamp.
